EDITH AND SCHUBERT HAVE A CUP OF TEA
Edith Sitwell (b.1887) the British poet, socialite and critic shares a cup of tea with Franz Schubert (b.1797) the composer. Their sad love lives are highlighted in this show which cuts to the heart of loneliness and longing. This is the first piece Thick and Tight ever created and still one of our favourites.
First performed as part of the GoLive Festival in 2012.
